1. General Information

We are INFINITY HAGIANG TRAVEL TRAVEL AND TRADE ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED, hereafter referred to as Infinity Ha Giang Loop. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through our website, GetYourGuide, Viator, or official partners.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are only considered fully confirmed once you receive a manual email or WhatsApp confirmation directly from Infinity Ha Giang Loop.
  • After you confirm your pickup date, time slot, and pickup location, we will issue and send your bus tickets (included in the tour package).
  • We accept three payment methods:
    1. Direct bank transfer
    2. Credit/debit card
    3. Cash payment at our hostel in Ha Giang

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Infinity Ha Giang Loop:

  • If Infinity Ha Giang Loop is unable to operate the tour, we will immediately notify the customer.
  • A full refund of the amount paid will be issued within 3 business days from the date of cancellation notice.
  • Refunds can be made in cash or by bank transfer.

Cancellation by Customer:

  • More than 10 days before departure: 30% penalty fee.
  • 5–10 days before departure: 50% penalty fee.
  • 3–5 days before departure: 75% penalty fee.
  • 0–3 days before departure: 100% penalty fee.

Notes

  • In cases of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, suspension of public transport), Infinity Ha Giang Loop is not responsible for any additional compensation beyond the refund of the tour price.
  • The cancellation fees listed above represent the maximum charge. The actual fee may be reduced depending on the policies of individual service providers working with Infinity Ha Giang Loop.
  • Cancellation deadlines are calculated in working days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • Tours may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or safety reasons.
  • If adjustments are necessary, Infinity Ha Giang Loop will provide alternatives of equal value whenever possible.
  • Customers may also request changes to tour dates, which we will accommodate without extra costs, subject to availability.

5. Liability & Responsibility

  • All customers participate in tours at their own risk.
  • Riders must always follow all safety instructions and wear helmets and protective gear.
  • Infinity Ha Giang Loop is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or delays caused by third-party providers (e.g., bus companies).

6. Force Majeure

  • If the tour program is canceled or changed by either party due to force majeure events (e.g., fire, severe weather, accidents, natural disasters, war, or public transport cancellations), neither party will be liable for damages or legal responsibility.
  • Both parties must make all reasonable efforts to assist each other in minimizing any losses caused by the event.

7. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • Customers are responsible for having all necessary visas, permits, and travel insurance.
  • Driving motorbikes in Vietnam requires a valid motorbike license and an International Driving Permit (IDP) – Vienna 1968 Convention. Without this, customers cannot drive or rent a motorbike from us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Vietnamese law.
