This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Infinity Ha Giang Loop collects when you visit this website or book a tour with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, tour date, number of travellers, and the options you choose: transport type, motorbike model, accommodation, bus pickup city, pickup time, and return bus destination and departure time.
- Licence declaration: whether you hold a valid motorbike licence, when you select a self-drive option.
- Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, through the contact form, or over WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and approximate location derived from your IP.
- Pages you visit, links you click, time spent on the site, and the site or search that referred you.
- Your language and currency preferences, and the contents of your shopping cart.
- Session recordings and heatmaps: Microsoft Clarity records how you move, scroll and click on our pages so we can see where the site is confusing. Recordings capture interactions, not the characters you type into form fields.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To provide the tour you booked: confirming availability, issuing bus tickets, arranging pickup, accommodation and guides. Basis: performance of a contract.
- To contact you about your booking: confirmations, schedule changes, practical instructions. Basis: performance of a contract.
- To take payment and keep accounting records. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
- To keep you safe on the road: checking licence declarations and matching riders to suitable bikes. Basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
- To understand and improve the website: analytics, session recordings and performance measurement. Basis: consent, where required.
- To send you news and offers, if you subscribe. Basis: consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and comparable storage for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary: keeping your cart and checkout working, remembering your chosen language and currency, and page caching. The site cannot function properly without these.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Jetpack and Microsoft Clarity, to measure traffic and see how pages are used.
- Advertising: Google AdSense may set cookies to measure and personalise advertising.
- Sharing buttons: AddToAny may set cookies when you share a page to a social network.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break booking and checkout.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the parties that help us run the tour and the website:
- Bus and transport operators: your name, pickup city and travel date, so tickets can be issued.
- Accommodation partners and local guides: the details needed to host and guide you.
- Payment providers: to process card payments.
- Booking platforms: GetYourGuide, Viator and other official partners, where you booked through them.
- Google: Analytics, AdSense, Maps, and the Places API used to display our public reviews and photos.
- Microsoft: Clarity, for session recordings and heatmaps.
- Automattic (Jetpack): site statistics and security.
- Our hosting and email providers: Hostinger for hosting and backups, and our email delivery service.
- Authorities: where Vietnamese law requires it.
6. International transfers
We operate from Vietnam, and several of the services above are based in the United States or the European Union. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this means your data may be transferred outside your country to a jurisdiction whose data protection rules differ from your own. Where our providers offer them, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Booking and payment records: for as long as accounting and tax law in Vietnam requires, normally 10 years.
- Emails and WhatsApp messages: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- Analytics data: according to each provider’s retention settings: currently up to 14 months for Google Analytics and 30 days for Microsoft Clarity recordings.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted, where we are not required to keep it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to the booking system is restricted to the people who need it, and the site and its database are backed up regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will inform you if a breach is likely to put you at risk.
10. Children
Our tours are not sold directly to children. Minors may travel with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for providing their details and for their participation.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the tools we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
